  1. Create a group

    Sign in and create a calendar group for your family. Give it a name, and you are the owner.

  2. Invite family members

    Send invite links to your family. Each person joins the group with their own email — no account needed until they connect a calendar.

  3. Connect calendars

    Each member connects their Google Calendar or Apple Calendar. CalWeave reads events from the calendars they choose to share.

  4. See everyone's schedule

    CalWeave creates a shared calendar in each member's own app. Everyone sees the family schedule natively — no new app required.

Rolling sync window

CalWeave syncs events from 30 days in the past to 90 days into the future. This keeps your shared calendar focused on what matters without cluttering it with old events. The window moves forward automatically each day.
